Is the contesting tonight the V-QSO Party?

I must have missed something because there are a lot of people calling CQ Test tonight and I cannot gather what contest it is for besides the Virginia QSO party.  Is the V-QSO party this serious?

The Russian DX Contest is fast growing into a major event.  Over 3000 logs submitted last year.
