I want to have a ham receiver set up at my house and stream the live audio from it to a page on the internet. How do I go about doing it? It will be listen only, no control possible.

A program called   Broadwave   can do that.

Have you looked at downloading Windows Media Encoder?  Its free and works for simple streaming, just place a link to the final audio stream on the web page you want. It will handle up to 5 users linked to the streams without any modifcations to the files. You can open the URL directly from Windows Media player also.  You'll need a DNS host like dyn.dns.org or no-ip.org  QST has had several articles about this in past years.  Good Luck.
