Want to modify 100w rig for real QSK

I like fast QSK CW with my ICOM735 and wish to modify
some other non_QSK rig like HW5400 and IC-728
Looking for ideas and diagrams to do it.........Also wishing to make tube Heathkit SB300/401 in QSK mode if possible

You should consult the earlier ARRL Handbooks (library) for a number of projects that used realys OR pin diodes.  A number of these were offered in different configurations.  For the Heathkit, consult these resources for specific questions with the SB line:

I have used a homebrew circuit for years that incorporates a vacuum relay. I have used it running a kw with excellent results using a Drake C-Line

I once tried to modify a Tempo One transceiver for QSK. The antenna switching is the easy part - you can use a relay or an electronic t/r switch.  What is not easy is the T/R timing sequence needed to make the CW sound good (i.e., you want a "full" sound, not choppy). Some of the internal timing comes from the micro-controller in the rig. The TS930S, for example,  uses timed-sequence keying and sounds great on the air, with a perfectly-shaped CW waveform.  You might want to re-consider doing the modifications and instead go out and find a TS930S or any Ten-Tec rig where these issues have already been worked out.

Get a used Ten Tec, Corsair, Triton, Omni C...these
seemed all over the place earlier in the year when I was looking- eBay, etc-

Every qso completed via Ten Tec Fluid Motion QSK makes the investment that much closer to being worth it!
