Purchased a used ICOM 2000H (it says 2000 on the front but 2000H on the serial number label). I downloaded 2 different manuals, One is 48 pages (looks like the one I have) and the other is 128 pages. Mine has the vol and squelch knobs horizontal with 5 square buttons to the right and a VFO knob at the right side, The other IC2000H has two round buttons at the left vertically mounted and more square buttons to the right.

Did ICOM make the later models with the same name?

I believe mine has 5, 10 and 50 watt output and the newer model has 4 output levels up to 65 watts.

What's the difference in these models. Newer one apparently has more memory channels and higher output. Any other differences?
