Go online and do a search and you will find all sorts of information about N6BT (the founder of Force 12 antennas).

Are you sure there wasn't just a mix up or the antenna was lost in shipment etc.

You need to check farther before giving up.

I sent an email to him asking about one of his new antennas. I never received a return email reply - so purchased an antenna elsewhere.

This was the email listed on his new N6BT antennas site.

Too bad - I purchased products from him before - when he owned Force-12 in Paso Robles.

This is on his website.  Did you try the other email address?

Anybody think to write him a letter with
"Do Not Forward--Address Correction Requested"
on the outside of the envelope in bold lettering?

If he has a forward on file, he will never even see
the letter, it's all automated. Heck, you don't even need
to include a letter, an empty envelope with his
address will do. If you don't get it back, the address
is good.

Forwards on First Class Mail are good for 12 months.
The cool sneaky thing most folks don't know is that for six
months after his forward is expired, his First Class mail
is Returned to Sender.....with a yellow sticker with the
forwarding address.  Grin

Thanks very much for posting this. I have owned a C3SS, Sigma-5, Sigma 40XK and LPT-1252 crank up tower from Tom - so used to be a very loyal Force-12 customer.

It seemed really weird that he wouldn't return email - and so - he must have posted that message on his web site after hearing other people's problems.

I purchased the following antennas from Force 12: Sigma 40, Sigma 40XK, Sigma 5-GT.  More recently, I purchased the N6BT Bravo 7K.  Tom is sometimes slow, but he never fails to deliver.  I do recall communicating with him via the "canscan" e-mail address, and there were no problems.

Tom is alive and well  Grin He just completed a rush repair on my Bravo 7KR and shipped it back and I received it yesterday.  NI0C is correct, sometimes he's slow (has other commitments like the rest of us), but he'll get around to you.  GL 73 Rich, K3VAT
