Hello all.
I have been attempting to align a motorola R100 repeater and I have the SL VCO test points set as required per the instructions , but I am unable to get the IF test point set to within the proper parameter with signal of 10 to 50 mV, readings are well above 1 volt, I note there is no change when adjusting coils FL1,FL2 or L51.
frequency pair is 443.4875/448.4875
any advise would be appreciated.

You could try putting a resistor on the voltage steering of the VCO.  That's how I modify 900 MHz Spectras to work in the ham band.  Start with a 100k pot between the steering line and ground.  Keep decreasing resistance until it drags down the voltage to an acceptable level.
