LnR Precision - Awesome service

So I'm a new ham and I decided to try an end fed 40m/20m antenna from LnR precision.  Very well put together much better than many of the other wire antennas that I looked at.  Install goes well until I get a little carried away with the tuning.  I keep nibbling away at the radiator before I realize that I have bad coax and by this time it's too late I have trimmed too much.  I call LnR, explain what happened and ask if I can buy another radiator?  Larry (the owner) asks me for my address and then sends out a new radiator the same day AT NO CHARGE... no not even shipping.  Now this is my error, and I expected to pay for the parts to fix it but Larry wouldn't hear of it.  2 days later I was back in business.  Very happy with the performance and quality of the antenna, very happy with the customer service, LnR has a customer for life

This company is great to deal with.  I had also purchased the 40/20M end fed.  Preforms super, on both bands
