CQ Zone 39 looks to be a killer from my part of the world. Any DXpedition help is appreciated.

3B8CF is active nearly every day.  I caught him on 12m a couple of weeks ago.  A search of recent spots on DX Summit indicates he's been on 10 and 12m during morning hours in NA, and on 30 and 40m in the evenings (shortly after his sunrise).  He puts out a good signal, and has good ears, too.
