Dear friends,
anybody knows where I could find spare parts for my Bencher BY-1 paddle?

I was looking for the two transparebt plastic paddles and  relative levers. Unfortunately the key has fall down my desk ;-( @#!!*+!!!

I can try to fix it w/ help of an eyeglasses lab friend... but before doing this i'm looking for the original bits.

Thanks in advance for all hints you'll give me

p.s.- I hope my written english is good enough ;-)

Try emailing the company. That's what I did since I recently bought a used BY-1 that needs a little work. It's kind of a slow process and it probably won't be very  inexpensive either but I'm not aware of anywhere else replacement parts can be bought. If anyone does know another source I'd be interested too.

I give customer service at Bencher very high marks, from my limited experience.  I have an old BY-1 on which I wanted to replace the contacts (older ones weren't as durable as the new, plating wore off).  Being in the US, I simply called Bencher on the phone.  I placed my order, gave them my credit card number, and they shipped the parts out.  It only took a day or two and I was able to re-assemble my paddle, good as new.

Try them -- they're great!

Finally i contacted Ms. Joan at Bencher (probably we were experencing some truobles w/ email).
She's been really kind and i received spare parts in no time!
Now all i need is to improve my cw which is really poor ;-)
