This is the same Tony Rogozinski who let Dimirti Kryukov, RA3CO,
operate Tony's HK1AR station as HK3RA in the 2008 CQ WW SSB contest.
Except it turns out that HK3RA is another Colombian's legit call, and
he did NOT give permission for his call (HK3RA) to be used.
HK3RA isn't even a contester.Kryukov,RA3CO, did not follow the rules of Colombia in 2007 either, when he operated HK1AR
and took second place in the world for the Single Op Low Power category of CQWW CW.
But wait! There's more!....(as the commercial says)
Girts Budis, YL2KL, also operated Rogozinski's station in the 2006 CQ WPX RTTY
AND the ARRL CW DX contests, also without having any legal authorization to do so.
Of course it's the visiting Op's obligation to make sure he has all the proper paperwork.
But would YOU let someone operate YOUR contest station without
seeing that paperwork/ticket in your hot little hands? I sure as hell wouldn't.
I wonder if any funds changed hands when Tony so graciously allowed
these overseas hams to operate his HK station? Or if he promised
them "Don't worry, I've taken care of all of the paperwork for your license"
"Come on down Amigo! Mi shack es tu shack!"Seems there's a bad smell wherever this Rogozinski guy goes....
