New ham data base - illegal transfer of data?

Obviously a new ham data base has been set up under http://qrzcq.com/
Strangely enough they must have copied data from qrz.com and/or other data bases.
While some may not see a problem I think it is easy to loose track of my data if such transfer is done without consent.
So right now it is up to each individual to have them cancel their data.

The FCC database is freely downloadable to anyone who wants to use it and has a big enough internet connection. QRZ (the original) uses the same database, as well as all the rest.

There are also callsigns which are not US and not in qrz,com.

LOL.  The map on my qrzcq data page shows Southern Illinois.
I'm in NC  LOL. 
Guess they have some bugs to work out.



Edit:  Joined and added my Long. and Lat. and it fixed the map.

I download the FCC database monthly and process it with my own custom-programmed software.  Takes less than 5 minutes to download and 10 minutes to cull out the SC data that I want.

If the data are in the public domain, any transfer of that data isn't illegal.  Ham call sign information is in the public domain.

Obviously, there's no such thing as privacy anymore. It's no wonder identity theft has become such a big issue.
