Here's a tutorial from FLEX radio to use the DRM software with Power SDR.
http://kc.flex-radio.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50353.aspxI looked in the README of this free download and maybe someone else might reply to the solution.
Here is a copy/paste:
This version of Dream was compiled without support for AAC decoding or encoding.
If you want to hear the audio of a DRM broadcast you will need to obtain a copy
of faad_drm.dll and place it in the same directory as the dream.exe file.
Instructions for building faad_drm.dll and faac_drm.dll are available at drm.sf.net.
If you want to control a SW Rig you will need additional hamlib dlls. These are
available at
www.hamlib.org.
Have fun with dream
AND this was in a WIKI site about "building files"
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/drm/index.php?title=Instructions_for_building_the_AAC_decoderI think I will wait for some replies before proceeding. I have always wanted to listen to DRM also. Even the FLEX radio site doesn't bring this up, but it is in the README file for the software.
