DOS logging software N E 1 ???

Would like to fool with an old IBM DOS pc.
Does anyone have any old DOS logging programs that I could get a copy of?

I know many of the current programs started as DOS....Don't really care which one it is, just would like
to mess with the computer a bit using something useful.
