Tom...just keep at it. Listening to fast Morse for contests and DX is a great way to get better. You wre not contributing to QRM any more than the guys who constantly call over everyone or work the same expedition over and over on the same bands. No one is getting paid by the contact so just go for it. As has been said, program yer call and response into your rig or a keyer. Even most ops who have worked CW for years do this. Saves mistakes when you are trying to get a contact and get out of they way for someone else. Good luck, and like I said ....just keep at it. ......
