Opps the topic is how do I close my account. How do I close my account here.

I tired of the hams  taking about how it was better in the 1970-90s. I will stick to  Hack A day  and a few local hams.

It probably was better, but then I was just a kid so I'm basing that on what I was told by people who actually remember Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter.  Grin

Most forum-based sites keep user IDs around indefinitely, because otherwise it would mess up the database tables.  So your best bet is probably to set your password to something really long and impossible for anybody to remember or guess, and walk away.

Simple.  Just don't visit Eham.   You won't see anything, read anything miss anything....treat it like an incoming call at home.  Don't answer it if you don't want to.  Your choice.  Of course, Eham won't contact you anyway.  GL.
