I worked K6K/MM with Jef DD2CW at the mic today on 20m.  They are about 50 miles south of Cabo St. Lucas.  I wished them a safe voyage and I told Jef that I look forward to working them for ATNO.

I find it interesting that they are using the same boat that the 2000 Dxpedition F0AAA used.  Seemed a bit small for that team, it must be really cramped now with this larger team and extra supplies.

Well, the DXing spirits are with me!  I thought I was going to miss this DXpedition, as I was scheduled to be out-of-town through mid-March.  But, plans have changed & I am at the home QTH, so I will be able to go after what would be an ATNO for me!!

Hope the DX spirits smile on me and allow me to snag this one!

73 & good luck

Somebody spotted them on 40 tonight.  I knew they weren't there yet, but good grief all the callers calling and no one hearing him... PATHETIC.

There have been about 100 spots for TX5K since January 20, mostly on the 20'th and 21'th. Hate to think so many believe they already worked Clipperton.
