I doubt that it is more true than in the case of K1MAN.

Regrettably, the Feds will never get back the amount that he has cost them - as they say on the billboards advertising  CalTrans "Your tax dollars at work".

He's still fighting the government, acting as his own lawyer.  At last 'hear from', the adm. law judge laughed him out of court--but they STILL haven't collect cent one from him.

Maybe the FCC hasn't collected one cent, but I suspect his lawyer has.

Not when you consider he's his own lawyer Jim.....

There is a nest of idiots from what I recall on that freq including some across our northwestern border...need to round them all up and give them an option to go somewhere else and knock off the nonsense or get out of the hobby.....

Jim, look at my post again.  He's acting as HIS OWN lawyer--that has been made plain is several articles written about him.  I understand the government has confiscated some equipment, but his license status is still up in the air, and he hasn't paid cent one to the gov't.
