Anyone know how far off the time of QSO can be?  I realize that computer logs for both
sides of the QSO should match well...but I use paper logs and when I make a contact I
might look at the clock in the Pro2, the atomic clock on the wall, or perhaps have my
spots on and check the time there.  What if I uploaded 2215Z and the other station
uploaded 2219Z for the same QSO...would LOTW match them up?  Tks...Sam W8VVE

I found the answer...has to be within 30 minutes for a match.
