Does any one know if you do the 60 meter mod you lose your tuner function? I did mod and turned off rig and held proc,  agc, ipo,  att, per instructions hit and turned back on a #2 came up I turned knob to on and hit proc to save change and 60 meter mod works but tuner stopped working. Now with that being said that procedure takes you into a sub-menu that is not talked about in manual and I cant find anything on it, I fugre I must have turned something off primarily the tuner but not sure when or how. Does any body have these settings or know what they all do, thanks 73es Dave

The radio was designed to do DC to 30 MHz , you will not lose anything nor will the radio change ANY sensitivity.  The tuner will work flawlessly as well even after the modification. Most , if not all HF radios are designed to do DC to 30 MHz as different countries use different frequency bands...
