I haven't bought big from the Minnesota store, but no problems as a walk-in.  looking for the lottery to hit so I can fairly test them out...

Bought an internal tuner for an FT-450 because no one else had one at the time. No problems with them.

I've purchased a few items from them. Maybe not the cheapest prices,
but...they've had what I needed, when I needed the items. You can also
use the chat box on the website to ask questions, somebody will usually
answer right away.
