6V7T has moved to 14.172 and I can't hear a peep on 14.185.  I believe the VU7 was on the same frequency as 6V7T.  It's not looking good from CO...

Yep, I've been listening to the pileup on 14.185 of all the guys working 6V7T thinking they have VU7 for a new one Smiley I tried to see if I could hear the VU7 but not a peep at this end. If he is on frequency then it doesn't look promising from here at this time. Wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow so I could try him at around 1400Z.

John K7KB

He is on 14185, Listening 14226 and up for EU now, but just not quite strong enough to drown out the lids, jammers and QRMers.

I am going to give it up for now.

I just worked Krish @ 23:09 UTC.  He's a legit 59 here in Mass.  He's on 14.184.4.  He's filling in the blanks right now, no NA, EU or JA, and will soon be working only JAs.

All I hear on 14.184.4 is static, SP or LP.

Looking at my log for times I've worked 8Q on 20m, I hope he sticks around for another couple of hours or so. I might be able to at least hear him then.

Solid 59+ In Florida now, calling 3s, but switched to 4s as I walked back in the shack.
CRAZY people are still there as well. I am not going to fight that battle, who knows when he will be back to 3s.

Never got over about a 43 here on 20m, good 56 or so on 17m, but no-go. Nothing on 12m.

Spotted on 10m right now, nada, so I've crossed my fingers the day gets better.

Yep, nada in Florida.  I missed my best chance last evening. Damned recliner, I snoozed off and when I came back to the shack, he was LOUD and asking for 3s.  I put in a couple calls and he switched to 4s.  Oh well..... never did like by the numbers...... still don't. My own fault this time tho... when you get older, the recliner is a sleeping pill. hi hi

Was able to work him last evening, inspite of the LIDS who wouldn't QRZ long enough to understand he was working split or listen to those who were informing that he was working split. I had to be patient and wait until he rotated back to "4's" after some of the pile up leveled off. If you could call it leveling off. I was glad to get him in the log.  I didn't know he was using a Hex until I read here he was going to use one. I'll have to edit the notes in my log that this was a Hex to Hex contact.

He also has a vertical over water.  As strong as he was last evening, I think he was on the vertical with some QRO help!

I think Krish said that the vertical was for 40m and 80m operation.
