This was back in 2009, but you will notice no mention of any stations in either Theatre of operation back then.

Stations are now active in Okinawa, Hawaii, and an East Coast
site is in the early planning stages.

MARS has a presence at the former Camp Evans in Wall Township, NJ.  Reach out to Mark Emanuele, aat2bd, US Army M.A.R.S. Regional Coordinator of Emergency Operations - US Region 2 - NY/NJ.
