Hi all, I was given an Icom IC-H5T, it's a handheld very similar to the IC-02AT but labeled as a 5-tone transceiver.

I found nothing useful about it online. It doesn't seem to have a jumper inside like the H16 does, I can get the keypad to respond by holding the FUNC key in but it doesn't respond to the standard programming sequence of 159357. Seems like the only thing I can do is change channels and select what 5-tone code I want to be transmitting.

I did get some hints that this model was recalled by Icom for having an issue with the transmitter not settling soon enough and causing interference on adjacent channels, but I'd still like to try using it on the ham bands.

Anyone know anything about this model and how to change the frequencies/program it for normal repeater operation?
