YES!!! Absolutely and it is the very reason they have time restrictions! A broadcast station will understand and must respond, because they have to. They have a license also, and one that is worth a lot more than a Ham ticket. Interference is interference, and their licensing requires non-interference requirements (within limits) to other services just as your license does.

Of course they will tell you. Give them your call sign, they'll get it right away. Religious or otherwise, they do not want the FCC breathing down their necks.
