can you verbalize the noise-I cannot get sound from your link. I get some awful crackling type stuff from about 21.5mHz through 28 mHz here in western SFO. Want to know if it's the same.

There are a bazillion sounds made by offending devices.  It is unlikely anyone can identify it.    You need to do detective work starting with your house.  Good luck.

I get excellent sound and video from that link. Heck if I know what it is. Weird. I'm curious too.
