I ran into this problem with HRD a while back and cant find the 'fix' nor can I figure it out. I read the documentation which explains how to create a new logbook but not how to force entries into a specific book  Sad

I want to create a special 'book' for an event and I know how to create the database but the 'automatic' logbook entry keeps going into a previous book. How does one 'force' an entry into a specific book?

Just go to File then Open Logbook... and when the Select Database box pops up, select the one you created for your event.

Nope it (dm780) still keeps putting the log entry into the 'default' logbook. I tried closing the default logbook tab but it still puts it in there!

In fact it opens the 'default' logbook by itself and put the entry into the wrong book.

Never mind, I found the problem.

DM780 must be pointed to which logbook you wish the contact to be logged in.

Sorry for the confusion. 73  Wink
