The SELLER obviously got a new supply of DOPE to SMOKE!

No, he doesn't have a ZERO call.

"Messages for our friends: 'John has a long mustache. John has a long mustache.  I rise with languorous dolor."

Obviously there are ulterior motives behind this posting.  Whether a joke, manipulation of Ebay statistics, or an auction posting to keep the wife off his back about not making an effort to get rid of boat anchors.

Or maybe it's a new way for secret agents and their handlers to pass messages and orders.  Perhaps there are secret messages also hidden in the photos.  Maybe the asking price itself is a code.  Is the 'auction end time" really the commencement of nefarious skulduggery or an assassination?

Let your mind loose to imagine.  Write a thriller novel and become the new Tom Clancy:  "Sniping At Midnight or Death by Auction".

Could be a reverse of the woman who sold her deceased husband's cherry Corvette for $25. His will said to sell it and give the proceeds to his secretary.

Maybe he should sell it for a $1 and charge $89,999 for shipping. Isn't that how others sell on ebay?

everyone realizes that is type of listing is used to launder money right? drug dealers and the like list an off the wall item at a stupid price. Then someone that they are dealing with buys it for this price and pays thru payPal and the money is now clean!!! and it is all legit! This has been going on for years on eBay. there is the guy that has repeatedly listed a Drake UV3 for over a $1000. same listing same everything. ain't life grand!!

That would only make sense if it actually sold.  This amp has been listed many times at different ridiculous asking prices.

Well I stand corrected.  Maybe it is money laundering.  Why would someone want to give a cut to Ebay to launder money?
