wire a d104 to TR9000 any one help or tell me a good desk mike for this radio?

I am not sure that I recall what the TR-9000 was/is.
If memory serves it is a multi-mode 2 meter radio and
the mic is 500 or 600 ohms while the D-104 is 10K ohms.
Do you see a problem here ?  I may not have the
type radio correctly identified but I do
know the D-104 microphone.

YEs it is a 2meter side band

There are commercially made high-to-low impedance transformers (Shure, for example) and you may be able to find a suitable audio impedance transformer through electronics suppliers, swaps, or salvaged equipment.
