DXKeeper, the logging application in DXLab, generates QSL cards -- 4 to an 8.5 x 11" sheet. As DXLab is focused on support for DXing, the cards are utilitarian; each card can confirm up to 10 QSOs. You can see an example in http://www.qsl.net/dxkeeper .

You could just use Microsoft word or whatever flavor of word processing software you have.  I would think you could get two QSL cards to a sheet of card stock.  Just a thought.
