Title: Any ohio hams interested
Post by: KD8DEY on June 22, 2012, 06:14:56 PM
In a copy of the OARC 2012-2013 repeater list converted into a
spreadsheet? would make it easier to import into your programming
software to update your rigs.

I imagine most guys who'd want a spreadsheet could import the list themselves.

Over 800 entries covering all 5 Ohio districts from a PDF file of the 2012-2013 Ohio Amateur Repeater Council
Directory?  (Ohio's coordinating body)
http://www.oarc.com

Not normally available Anywhere as a spreadsheet.
not a simple "Import"
sortable by District, County, Frequency, Callsign..............Exportable to be able to Import into Rig programming software..............

No, it is only proof that currently no one reading this on eHam is interested, that's all.  I'd be interested if I lived in Ohio.

Take the total number of licensed Hams in Ohio - Subtract the number who are active at all - subtract the number who do not use repeaters - subtract the number who do not use eHam.   What you are left with is your target audience.  It may be substantial OR more likely a number that you can count on your fingers without repeating.  Then subtract the number who feel the need for an extensive repeater listing.  At that point you may have zero.

I may be a little late but I'm in Ohio and would be interested if it's a freebie. Probably it would be good to have available both in spreadsheet and PDF on the website, wouldn't it?
