Title: FCC Motion to Compel K1MAN Responses

On July 18, 2012, the FCC Enforcement Bureau filed a "Motion to Compel Responses to Request for Admission of Facts" in the long-running K1MAN enforcement and license renewal case.

The Motion, including the FCC's Requests for Admissions and the amateur's previous answers to them, is at this link:

People keep saying that 'MAN is running out of rope.  The problem is that that rope he's always running out of is way longer than the distance from his location to Washington, DC!
