I want to put a repeater tower on a hill. I don't have the money to run coaxil up the hill from my house. What to do? Is there a shelter I can put my equipment in while it runs outside? And I'm on a budget so I need the cheapest there is

I was wanting software that would take the psk31 encoded information from the airwaves and retransmit it! I've changed my mind now, now I'm wanting to do that with voice and my 2m radio, I now need a program that I can hook my radio upto my computer with and it after receiving it will retransmit it while IDing every ten mins and MAYBE: an intigration with a phone modem

I would like to know if there was a place I could go on the internet and learn to build, manage, and modify my own radio. My parents aren't "in the money" right now so I wanted to learn on-line to reduce the cost to me

I need it to repeat what it hears and also to ID every ten mins
I was also wondering if it could intigrate w/ my phone modem to allow autopatches to be made?
The thing I mostly want is the autopatch. so if anyone knows of a good place to find one of those too type me back

Is there a way I can hook my 2 meter base to my computer and my ht to my laptop to share the internet connection between the pc and the laptop?

Need some good digipeater software. Don't know if this makes a difference or not but also would like it to be single frequency

I was wondering if it's legal to hook a computer up to one radio program it to record what's being said and then repeat it on the same frequency and if so where can i find software for something like this?
