Hello.
I want to buy radio with 2m/70cm transmit, and wideband am/fm/wfm/(ssb).
I `m thinking about VX-5R or better TH-F6A. I need to know how is rx quality and sensivity on HF, and rest of the reception range on Kenwood, is it really worth buying only for ssb reception. Or better should I stay with Yaesu? What are your opinions (I saw product reviews here).

I`m looking for help and advice. I want to build rotatable multiband dipole like Cushcraft D4. The problem is how to design it. I need dipole working on 40 and 20 meters but not as long as full dimensional dipole. Anyone can help me? Tia, Mike

Thanks, now I got it clear. I just thought, that I can save some meters of wire and some space in my garden. So I will stay at monoband dipoles. Thanks for help, Mike

I`m looking for help in building folded dipole wideband antenna. Like B&W antennas. BWD90 or better 180. I found on internet many diagrams, but I would like to ask experts about it. It should work from 1.8 to 30 MHz at least 1KW. Anyone can help me?

Thanks for replys. I made trx by myself, so I would like to make antenna too. I like to make it by myself than spending big bucks for equipment. I got another question: anyone can help me to find materials how to make Nx5/8 antenna for 440mhz? I got GP now, I would like to make something more effective. Plans of yagis I got already, I`m looking for vertical omnidirectional antenna plans.
