OK. I'll play along.
Why did a ham with an old time call need an immediate answer?
To answer your question, my audio system is balanced, I prefer oil based software; but, strictly single ended for ham radio.
So, not a balanced ham operator.
Bob ;-)
PS: Bob is more balanced than Bud

Well Paul, if you don't like my response to his first question, maybe you liked my response to his identical second post, or identical third post, each one with a different header.
By the time I got to his identical post, with a fourth different header, I was just out of phase with the current necessary to answer his balanced feed line question, question, question, question.
Sorry if my responses looked a little spurious.
When I woke up yesterday, I felt a little drained--not getting maximum energy.
Yesterday my Horror-scope warned me to watch out for abnormally high aboral, shunt, capacitance.

Will it intersect the feed line (from the base to outer branch tips) for the tree?

OK. I give up.
Why are you interested in a CB amplifier to use with a ham radio when you aren't a ham?
Plus, its sorta hard to answer your question when I-we can't find any information on the amplifier you want help with.
I got my HF ticket in the late 70s and don't recall FireBird amplifiers.
I do recall that Tempo 1, 520s, 101s, and Siltronix were popular with CBers
If you give us more info., someone might be able to help you understand more about basic electronics.
Since you have the ham rig, maybe we can get you started in ham radio so that you can use your rig, and get you started in basic electronics?
Bob
