Hi all!

Thanks for it but I think it is other problem.
IC-9A is SQL IC for SSB (4558) on pin 1 voltage is 0.98V,after same minutes 1.5V.
I replaced IC to new one and C225 2.2microF electrolit capacitor also replaced but after replacement same problem.

Hi!

SQL open at 8 clock and close at 9 clock position .
After 10 minutes open at 9 clock and close at 10 clock position .
After 20 minutes open at 10 clock and close at 11 clock position .
After 30 minutes open at 11 clock and close at 12 clock position .

Sometimes open at 9 clock,closed at 3 clock position.
Sometimes SQL always open in all position of SQL pot,never closed.



1.Why is difference between open and close position?

2.Why  changing the  difference between open and close position?

If you have time please send me your test result for S-AV17 modul.If module died no problem,maybe only broken trace and transistor is works and possible to control with multimeter.
I like to know that my module test is normal value or not?

Hi!

1.I like to know that module problem(S-AV17) or not if module has only 40W at 13.5V if hi power set pot is in max position?

I heard the module broken inside and will be no power output.I dont interesting for comment when modul totally dead because it is 100% module problem.I am interesting only when module damaged a little and dont work 100%.Who realised that?

2.Who had this kind of failure when modul has only 10W or 20W or 30W or 40W instead 60W total on 144Mhz band?
My module is not broken inside!

Hi!

1.I have now TM-731E.
I realised that on 144Mhz band the power output is only 35W and 7.5A (13.2V on modul on pin3 at TX) in hi position.VR2 pot(hi power set) is in max position.
Normally power output is 50W.
Is it S-AV17 module failure?

2.  Q2 driver transistor is 2SC2538-09A-A in my radio.On schematic and on service manual is 2SC2538-22A.Why?What is difference?

3.Who can see this transistor in transceiver on 144Mhz final unit?

Hi all!

I have two IC-02E,one has CPU reset switch on main board(older version),other(newer version) has no this CPU reset switch on main board.
 
1.I like to know that IC-04E also has two different type or only older version?Older has switch on main board,newer no?

2.Older version has no PA shield plate?

Hi all!

I have Yaesu G-1000DXC for 2 years.
I realised now this problem:

If antenna direction is 0,controller pointer shows 0 no difference
If antenna direction is 110 degrees,controller pointer shows 90 , difference is 20 degrees
If antenna direction is 215,controller pointer shows 180 , difference is 35
If antenna direction is 315,controller pointer shows 270 , difference is 45
If antenna direction is 450,controller pointer shows 390 , difference is 60

Controller pointer doesnt show more than 390.Earlier was normal
Any suggestion?
Where is a problem?
