1. I realised that R229 is not found on main unit on board side, I found it on foil side,it is normal or not?
This resistor is left to CFW455 filter.
Any idea?

2. IC-14(MC3357P) has 16 pin.
Betwen 1 pin and 2 pin on foil side is n33 value yellow ceramic capacitor,it is by factory or modification?
Why is paralell other capacitor on foil side with 82pf?
Normally only 82pf(C176) is on board side,I think.
Any idea?

Can you help me?
I have IC-271H radio,E version.
I realised that foil on EF Unit up to scan switch is cut.
Scan switch has 2 pin in panel.
Up to scan switch paralell there are also 2 pin in panel,one of 2 pin(on right corner of panel) leads horisontally to somewhere but 5mm from this pin is cut.
Scan is working fine,but I dont know  what can I do?
Is it originally cut or not?
Which funktion is different from original,if it is cut?
 
If I remove top side of radio  behind scan switch can see this foil,totally on right corner and top of panel ,this pin(point) that leads horisontally samwhere but 5mm from this pin foil is cut.
Any idea?

My TR-751E has 1.2V on TP4 test point with RF voltmeter in PLL.
It is not possible to set 0.3-0.8V with RF voltmeter like service manual ,minimum voltage is 1.2V.
Radio was in service two times but the same result.
Any idea?
Maybe service manual has failure?

I realised if my radio is in scan mode I hear a  voice like morse from loudspeaker.
On earphone is the same symptom.
I set the volume on 12 clock.
I think it is not normal,but I am not sure.
