I am having great difficulty getting the other software to recognize the USB <> Serial port.   MixW works fine, and the port is simulating Com4, but I can't get either N1MM or AC Log 3.0 to work.  Anybody have any suggestions?

I just installed the US Tower MARB 40 rotating antenna mast system.  I obtained it used, and it did not come with any instructions. I am not clear on how to adjust the reverse drag on the winches. I assume is has to do with the two inner nuts on the handle shaft.  The winch that controls the second section is working fine, but the there is too little drag on the erection fixture winch, I need to really hang on when lowering the mast to the ground. Its a little frightening when I think of what would happen if my grip should loosen. Help would be appreciated.
