Was thinking that myself,and they are all over 12mtrs also,was on today and listened with my ft450d from 24mhz to 29mhz and the muppets where all over.And they run alot from 200z till 2100z on 28385 and 28395am...its the  export cbs,73 de n0zna late note,the sound effexts and echo and roger beeps are horrible.

I wouldnt trade my ft450d for any other radio.I was unsure what radio to pick,and i called a major supplier...he asked me a few questions and i wanted the ft450d,or the ts590...i am glad i picked the ft450d and never sorry about it one bit...73 de n0zna

With all the export radios,Galaxy,Magnum,Mirage,connex from Copper.com and H and Y electronics it is bad on 10 and 12 mtrs,and all there amps they sell...you can get from 50 wtt amp to a 21 transistor amp and a 400amp power supply.And there is web pages that tell you how to mod any hf radio for 11 mtrs.Nothing new.I have caught many time CBers running on 28.780lsb all from around Farmington Missouri,and also on 145.400fm  nothing new.I have Cbers running on 28am running 1500 wtts and one has a Drake L4 amp and running a Galaxy 95t he got off the internet from copper.com,it drives his Drake L4 just fine and splatters all over 10 mtrs for me,73 fro n0zna in MIZZO 108f today...

the icom 750 and 751 are different radios,you got hudoed on that one, and try tuning the radio on 10 mtrs,adjust the load,tune it might bring the recieve up...73s de n0zna

Around here south of St Lousi Missouri they run below cb channel one and above 29700 on am and fm...i here them all the time,and everynow and then they splater me when they get on cb channel 28...i cant use 28.380usb...73s de n0zna

Friday i heard spainsh speaking amer on 28345am had a very long rogerbeep...and fm on 28400fm with echos and roger beeps...I have a treibly splater on 28380 on all my radios from local CBers.73s de n0zna/John

I have so many cbers that run amps in my area,its imposible to run 28.380 or around there for the splatter.I run alot of 10 and 12 mtrs.I am shocked at the power they run now.It use to be just 300 to 500 wts is what they use to run.I have heard and seen on the internet the amps that they have now.It is nothing to see a 3 kw am dead key.Wow,just go to you tube or craigs list.73s de n0zna
