Does anyone know how to convert an 11 meter CB to 10 meters?
I have an old Sears 40 Channel SSB CB model # 934.38260700
I would also like to open it up to use it on the entire band and install a frequency counter.
Thanks, Ken

I just got a TS-530S that I bought thru ebay. The owner must have been a heavy smoker, it has a strong odor from the tobacco and the unit is pretty dirty.
What should I use to clean it with, without damaging the surface or creating any problems.
The unit doesn't have a mic I have one ordered for it. So I havn't been able to test it out yet.
I won't be able to TX on it til I pass my morse, but there are other HAMs in the area that I could probably find to try it out.
