I too am looking for a manual for my Outbacker Stealth Plus. The Aussie folks and Alpha Delta have not returned multiple emails or phone calls (to A/D only).
Obviously, a dipole is better but not practical when the primary use is mobile EMCOMM work. I am having trouble getting it to match up to my IC706MKIIg with an AT-180. The antenna is roof mounted on a triple 5" mag mount.
I would welcome some "Elmering" on this should some of you have experience in this setup.
Speaking of dipoles... I once talked to a truck driver who had a 40 meter dipole attached to his semi trailer.
