What version are you using?

I had tried once Logwindows and the more recent versions did not support the FT920 !!!
Yes you can choose Ft920 on the menus but it doesnt work !!!!

It was on a friends computer/radio and I hit
the head on the wall many times before discovering
that.
I thought it was serial port compatibility troubles,
or the FT920 serial port "fried", but it was nothing of that.

Test the computer/rig interface with:

Colins Spectrum analyser:

Or test it with CI-V-Commander that is part of the
DX-Lab suite of programs.
