Help! I  am using an old IC-730 as a mobile rig and there is an S-meter problem. When the ambient temp in the car is above, say 60F, the meter pegs at the maximum. When it's really cold (below 40F), it works normally. I don't have a manual or a schematic and don't know where to begin. Any ideas? Also, the S-meter bulb has burned out. I haven't tried replacing it yet. Are there any tricks to getting to it?

I have a B&W Model 425 low pass filter and would like to know the power rating. I'm adding an amp to my station and don't want to have it arc. Anybody know?
