I've worked on Radionics for years - trained on it too.
Your problem may be that the keypad is wired with unshielded cable. Your RF is most likely getting into data lines on keypad. Suggest you try replacing keypad cable with 4-conductor shielded cable. Be sure to only ground the drain wire at panel end.
Are there popits in the system
Popits are transponders in small plastic boxes. These are also connected to data lines. They enable the installer to run only one pair of wires through entire system; it's an addressable system. These could be picking up RF.
First, check the ground wire on the system and make sure it is connected to cold water pipe.
Next, put ferrite beads on zones 1-8 in panel. You might also try putting ferrite beads on data lines going out of panel.
If all else fails, replace the system with an GE/ITI wireless system; never seen any RFI problems with these. Heard Bosch stuff is now made in China and wonder if quality is still there.
