Does anyone have a schematic for this equipement?  It is a frequency synthesizer used on crystal controlled 2 meter FM transcievers in the 1970's to allow multiple frequency useage without a huge investment in crystals.  It would also allow a single channel radio to become a multifrequency radio by setting the switches to different frequencies.
