It should but think it may depend on what generation model it it.  Try the SWR Director which was the original software for the HF and V/U models.

Have you looked at downloading Windows Media Encoder?  Its free and works for simple streaming, just place a link to the final audio stream on the web page you want. It will handle up to 5 users linked to the streams without any modifcations to the files. You can open the URL directly from Windows Media player also.  You'll need a DNS host like dyn.dns.org or no-ip.org  QST has had several articles about this in past years.  Good Luck.
