eHam Forums / Boat Anchors / Tempo One Power Cable

Hello eHam Amateurs,
I am in need of a Tempo One power cable. The cable that connects the power supply to the Tempo One transceiver. Also, In search of an accessory plug for this rig. I have checked Ebay and found no cable/plug. Hopefully, I will find someone who has a cable/plug or some who knows where I can purchase one outright.
Thanks for your time,
John KC5NGX

I am hearing a redundant CW signal being transmitted on 10.123.5Mhz. CW Sig is S9 on my KW TS-130SE/Hustler 4BTV. Are any other stations hearing this signal?

Yes the MPU it can be reset. I had a problem similar to this, except my problem was no TX power out. I think there is a push button on the back of the 757GX that resets the radio.

Hello Jim,
The EXT. DC jack on the top of the HT is for power only. My HTX-202 has a charge jack located on the ni-cd battery pack. Also, the ni-cd packs can be rebuilt.

Looks like I have a faulty Wavetek 27XT DMM (Darn!). Have measured 6.6Vac with a different meter. Now I guess I can start on problem #2. I have found the RF IN wire (shielded coax maybe RG-174?)coming from K1 has been unsoldered from the printed circuit board. The schematic indicates that it goes to the primary side of K4. Am I reading this correctly?
Thanks Again,

Thanks for the information on the amplifier interface. I have learned a lot over the past two days regarding keying circuits. The K0BX website has a transistor interface that looks like it will cure the interface problem. I think that the ALC cable will be a straight through counnection, and will not require another interface cable. Is this correct?
Thanks Again,

Season's Greetings,
I have a Kenwood TS-130SE I would like to interface to a Dentron Clipperton L (QRO)amplifier. Will the Kewood TS-130SE directly key the Dentron, or will I need to build special interface cables?
Happy Holidays,
John S. kc5ngx
