None of them. All calls on any frequency other than repeaters should be a CQ unless calling a specific station. however unlike HF you only do it once then wait rather than repeating several times so:
First of all before calling:
"Is this frequency clear?"
wait and if no reply, repeat again "Is this frequency clear?"
If no reply then "Nothing heard."
CQ CQ KD8TUT calling CQ.
Then wait for a response, rinse and repeat.
I can't believe that the US amateur exams don't include a section on operating. This is covered in the foundation level (tech equivalent) in the UK.
