OK, so pointing out the seemingly missed obvious...
It isn't a dipole but is a vertical with a couple of radials added.
It has to be fed by ladderline because the SWR is so high on most bands that the losses in co-ax would be astronomical
Recommended ladder line length--50 feet or longer
Usually when that is stated it is because the feeder is acting as part of the antenna, a radial in this case.
Want to save some money? Get 27ft of aluminium tube, shove it on a pole, attach two 11ft lengths of wire. Same antenna, a lot less money.
Every single Zero Five multiband antenna is basically nothing more than aluminium tube which they charge 500% markup on for cutting it to length and calling it an antenna.
