I have Conway Reef confirmed on 4 bands. Got two cards for one of the bands. I think I will use the extra card as a coaster on my radio desk. he,he,he,he,he

The QRZ DX email today said there is a major dxpedition coming in September of this year to Swains Island. Said there will be 20 ops. Yahoo, I need this one ! I think it is on the most needed list. Should give a new country to many of us !

Yeah i saw that post on the cluster too. Pretty bad stuff. That is what shocked me, I'm suprised at the ops posting! It almost seems unreal, like someone else posted it using his 3C6A call.

Wow, was just looking at the latest cluster spots and it looks like the policemen are really duking it out. My 40 meter antenna is down for repair, has anyone heard the mayhem on 40 ? Pretty nasty remarks in the cluster spots....................

I was looking for an online log also. I don't believe they have one. Like you I want to confirm a contact with them. On my contact on CW. I heard him call me but after that, thanks to the police, I am uncertain of a solid contact.

I am on the left coast about 30 miles north of San Francisco. I thought something was wrong with my Force 12 C3. So far I just baaaarely heard 3C6A on 20 SSB mostly they were below the noise level. It is reassuring to hear that I'm not the only station that is having trouble copying them. Maybe my C3 is OK after all, hihi.

Much better today than yesterday with its A 22.
Today shows: SFI = 103 A = 4 K = 1 Better !
Now if it just continues to improve for the next couple days we will have a hot contest !
Plans are developing at our house for the contest this weekend. My wife plans to go shopping while I work a bunch of new ones. I will end up broke but happy. :-)

The only thing I add on CW is "TU" After I send my 599 TU, I always get a "TU" back. Then he moves on to the next contact. I like it because it gives me confirmation that he received my report OK. Yes it adds a little bit more to the contact but at 30 or 35 wpm it isn't significant in my humble opinion.
