Your assuming I would vote for Ron Paul because of my dislike for Romney. Truth is I don't like either but yet I know one must prevail. As it gets closer to the finals hours will each candidate have to prove which one will be most qualified.
Right now....Romney keeps putting his foot in his mouth and thats not good for a president.

That is just a crappy softrock in a box with an LCD display. I am pretty sure it uses a crappy 16 bit dsPIC for the DSP. The DSP has very limited dynamic range. Definitely not the future. Gene Yes, at this time it is, but this type of All in one( ISDR )is the future? Most hams should be able, to see it coming? |

Why not follow the UK lead , grant Techs all of the general phone/cw bands, without the use off Amp's, start a new Basie license. This should make for easy enforcement, help with Radio and other gear sales
Note: Tech have CW privileges on most ham bands, but are no longer tested for Cw ability. because the FCC considers CW obsolete( don't no how this post curred. |

Why not follow the UK lead , grant Techs all of the general phone/cw bands, without the use off Amp's, start a new Basie license. This should make for easy enforcement, help with Radio and other gear sales.
Note: The FCC and World canisters CW, as obsolete communication,and no Govt Tests for it , Its time to give them phone privileges?

For the Ten-Tec 539 to make a profit , it must offer more than it's competition, ether in Tec or Fun!
The KX3 is BASIC box ,with costly option that puts it price way above $1000.00 and into the K+range.

Guess where I am Pensacola,and Jacksonville would get hit . don't bother with Tallhasee captial, with rick scott already in shambles.  kg4ymc *** why do you think , it would be the the Russian's Nuclear Booms that come?*** I don't know ,but it seems to me that Terr's would try to put a Nuclear weapon on a boat ,and detonate in one of our ports. If you're not in the Vic of that port, then your worry will be from fallout and EMP. likely target are Port of New york NY and Port of Houston Tx |
